"If you're looking to eat to your heart's content, this is a great option. There are very few self-service hot pot restaurants in East Oakland. Both hot pot and barbecue are great options. It seems like it would be a good place for birthday parties, too. It can be a bit noisy, though."

"Great for family, good price and 90mins time limit. Kid friendly place and seafood boil, pop corn, ice cream, meats for BBQ and meats for hot pot. Staff are friendly. Comfortable seats. Free Fizzy and karaoke outside. Variety of food for children and adults. Soup flavors for hot pot Mushroom, Tomato, Chicken and spicy."

"The food was good. I tried it all and I personally enjoyed the BBQ over the already prepared food and the hot pot. The cost is $40 lunch and drinks and warm water comes with the cost there is ice available though lol. But if you want cold drinks and alcohol you have to pay for it. The service was awesome and friendly. Though I do not recommend the private rooms as it gets really hot when your cooking. The seatings in the open area is preferable even though they only sit 4 people per table it's better than getting cooked with your food lol. There is plenty of public parking outside as well for like 70 or so minutes..."

"First time at kung fu bbq and hot pot buffet was for my husband’s 40th birthday dinner , wanted to try something different and I was taken aback at the amount of food and how quickly the place filled up. The food was great the service was great they always come around and check if you need anything which was nice. Overall experience YES I would go here again if there was a chance to go. I did notice that they have 4-person booths so if you have a party over 4 people it would be wise to book in advance."
